Untimed Down Sports was created in March 2020 by a guy who was hardly good enough to play sports, so he decided to write about them. 

Chris Cook is a stand up comedian and humor writer based in Chicago. Writing credits include Robot Butt, Greener Pastures, Humor Darling, The Haven, and more. He studied at The Second City with a focus on stand up, satirical writing for the internet, sketch writing, and writing for late night TV and talkshows.

The site was launched May 18, 2020 with a focus on sports/pop culture/anything funny. We make stupid jokes and maybe throw out a flaming hot take or two.
